1. Eligibility for Returns

2. Return Process

- Wait for our team to review and approve the return request.
- Once approved, ship the item back to the address we provide.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect.
3. Refunds

- Notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, process the refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
